  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Customers must contact us before returning any item.


💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a full or partial refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (e.g., with names, verses, special sizes)

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned after the 7-day period
